Burger Champ St. Louis

Burger Champ OPENING

Friday, Nov. 3 | Maplewood

Exciting news, burger enthusiasts! Burger Champ is opening its doors at 2704 Sutton Blvd. Maplewood, MO 63143, starting this Friday, Nov. 3.

This spot is all about laid-back vibes and killer burgers. Picture this: smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, crispy fries, and shakes that'll rock your world. They're open from 2-8pm Tuesday through Thursday, and on Fridays and Saturdays, they're kicking it up a notch until 9pm.

Owner Chris Kelling is bringing his A-game from fine dining to fast casual and reveals some secrets behind the menu. The creamsicle shake wasn't just a flavor choice; it was his five-year-old daughter's favorite during menu testing, adding a sweet touch of family warmth to the selection. The Garden Salad's crispy Chow Mein noodles and sunflower seeds are a personal throwback, reminiscent of Kelling's childhood salad bar preferences. Even the bathrooms, adorned with old Sports Illustrated champions, reflect a playful nod to sibling rivalry, vividly recalling races to the mailbox with his twin brother.
