ST. LOUIS CELEBRATES NATIONAL ICE CREAM DAY
The heat is rising off the pavement at 308 North Euclid Avenue in St. Louis’ Central West End. We’re dipping into the chill of Missouri’s only micro-creamery, Clementine’s Naughty and Nice Ice Cream, to celebrate National Ice Cream Day.
Missouri’s official state dessert is ice cream and as our state’s only micro-creamery, all of the dairy used in Clementine’s creations is from local, grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone and RBST-free cows.
Be among the first to try their newest option, the vegan Clementine Sorbert. Other popular summer flavors include American Pie, Roasted Pineapple, Peachy Heat Cheesecake, and Lioness, a new tropical delight filled with passion fruit, zippy calamansi and tart raspberries topped with a crunchy crown of Lion’s Mane granola. If the quintessential summer favorite of watermelon suits your fancy, a fan favorite has returned, the sweet sun-kissed Watermelon ice cream with “watermelon seed” candies. And, if you are part of the adult crowd and want a little something extra in your dessert, try the indulgent Super Nova Martini featuring vanilla, vodka, passion fruit and champagne!
With eight locations in the metro area, you are sure to find one close to you and have a chance to enjoy the uniqueness of the individual shops.
So, join in the familiar old chant, “Ice cream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!” and head out to one of Clementine’s convenient locations, on Sunday, July 16 to celebrate National Ice Cream Day.
